Solo/Duo/Trio Routines
We offer our dancers the opportunity to learn and compete a personalized routine that showcases their own artistry and skillset.
Our approach is to collaborate with the dancers so that each routine is a fusion between the dancer and choreographer.
This is an incredible opportunity for students to build confidence, explore their individuality, grow their skillsets, and get personal feedback from professional judges.
Requirements
Must be on the Performance Team!
You are NOT required to be on a Challengers Team.

There is a $10 fee to apply. You are NOT guaranteed a routine.
Applications are due by May 31st. Results will be emailed June 7th.
Music, genre, and choreographer are ultimately determined by the studio. We do our best to fulfill the dancers requests on the application.
Rehearsals & Fees:
Solos - $290
Duos - $230 per dancer
Trios - $190 per dancer
This includes 4 separate 1-hour rehearsals in the summer. These rehearsals are scheduled individually with your choreographer through Band.
Any further rehearsals will be scheduled as a “Private Lesson” (See Tuition&Fees page for payment info)
Extra Costs
Studio Competition Fee: $100
Competition Entry Fees: varies by competition, TBD
Costume: Determined by student AND choreographer. Must be approved. Options include:
1) Re-wearing an old costume
2) Order/create a costume on your own
3) Studio order from a dance catalog (regular costume fee applies)
Open Solo Practice Class: extra $50.00
This gives student access to the studio during the designated slots on the schedule, labeled “Open Solo Practice”, throughout the entire season!
This time slot allows students to run their routines on a consistent basis with a teacher present to give feedback.
This is NOT a private lesson. Each day is viewed as a drop-in class.
Whoever is present will take turns watching each other and giving student feedback and support to their peers.
